African Americans in State of Emergency

This is something the African American community have to become more vocal about. If there were specific benefits from Pres Obama, what were they? How can you engage another election without having a list of demands to help improve the quality of life for you & your loved ones. How is it African Americans keep getting by passed when it comes to specific help needed.. Is Reparations needed?
